Основное, на что обращают внимание в такой ситуации – реальный вес плода в 2 месяца и данные фетометрии. За женщиной выполняют внимательный контроль. Если проблема была выявлена на каком-либо из этапов до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик осуществляет соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных отклонений. После выяснения диагноза назначают внутриутробные измерения и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при ухудшении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. Обычно подразумевается досрочное родоразрешение на сроке от 7 месяцев.
