Главное, на что обращают внимание в подобной ситуации – конкретный вес плода в 3 месяца и информация фетометрии. За беременной выполняют пристальный надзор. Если проблема выяснилась на каком-либо из этапов до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик выполняет соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных отклонений. После установки диагноза назначают внутриутробные измерения и доплерометрию каждые 2 недели, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. Как правило подразумевается преждевременное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
