Основное, чему уделяют внимание в такой ситуации – определенный вес плода в 3 месяца и данные фетометрического исследования. За беременной выполняют пристальный надзор. Если проблема выяснилась на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик проводит соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных искажений. После установки диагноза назначают фетометрическое исследование и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в неделю. В большинстве случаев подразумевается досрочное родоразрешение на сроке от 7 месяцев.
