Главное, на что обращают внимание в такой ситуации – реальный вес плода в 4 месяца и сведения фетометрического исследования. За будущей мамой осуществляют пристальный надзор. Если патология выяснилась на каком-либо из этапов до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик осуществляет некоторые исследования на исключение хромосомных отклонений. После выяснения диагноза назначают внутриутробные измерения и доплерометрию каждые 2 недели, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. Как правило подразумевается преждевременное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
