Основное, на что обращают внимание в подобной ситуации – реальный вес плода в 4 месяца и информация фетометрического исследования. За будущей мамой осуществляют внимательный надзор. Если патология определилась на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик проводит соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных отклонений. После установки диагноза назначают фетометрию и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в неделю. В большинстве случаев подразумевается досрочное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
