Основное, на что обращают внимание в такой ситуации – реальный вес плода в 4 месяца и сведения фетометрии. За будущей мамой выполняют пристальный мониторинг. Если патология определилась на каком-либо из этапов до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик проводит некоторые исследования на исключение хромосомных отклонений. После установки диагноза назначают фетометрию и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. В большинстве случаев подразумевается досрочное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
