At the ultrasound examination, we saw an insufficient weight of the fetus at 4 months. What will happen now?

Основное, на что обращают внимание в подобной ситуации – определенный вес плода в 4 месяца и сведения фетометрического исследования. За женщиной осуществляют внимательный контроль. Если проблема выяснилась на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик выполняет некоторые исследования на исключение хромосомных отклонений. После установки диагноза назначают фетометрию и доплерометрию каждые 2 недели, при ухудшении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. Как правило назначается преждевременное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
