Основное, на что обращают внимание в такой ситуации – конкретный вес плода в 5 месяца и сведения фетометрического исследования. За будущей мамой выполняют внимательный контроль. Если патология выяснилась на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик выполняет соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных аномалий. После постановки диагноза назначают фетометрическое исследование и доплерометрию каждые 2 недели, при ухудшении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в неделю. Обычно требуется досрочное родоразрешение на сроке от 7 месяцев.
