At the ultrasound, we saw an insufficient weight of the fetus at 5 months. What will happen now?

Главное, на что обращают внимание в такой ситуации – реальный вес плода в 5 месяца и информация фетометрии. За женщиной осуществляют внимательный надзор. Если патология выяснилась на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик выполняет некоторые исследования на исключение хромосомных искажений. После выяснения диагноза назначают фетометрическое исследование и доплерометрию каждые 2 недели, при ухудшении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. В большинстве случаев предусматривается преждевременное родоразрешение на сроке от 7 месяцев.
