Основное, на что обращают внимание в такой ситуации – определенный вес плода в 6 месяца и сведения фетометрии. За будущей мамой осуществляют пристальный надзор. Если проблема выяснилась на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик осуществляет соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных искажений. После выяснения диагноза назначают фетометрическое исследование и доплерометрию каждые 2 недели, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в неделю. В большинстве случаев предусматривается досрочное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
