Основное, чему уделяют внимание в такой ситуации – определенный вес плода в 7 месяца и данные фетометрии. За будущей мамой выполняют пристальный надзор. Если проблема определилась на каком-либо из этапов до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик осуществляет соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных аномалий. После постановки диагноза назначают внутриутробные измерения и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. Как правило предусматривается преждевременное родоразрешение на сроке от 7 месяцев.
