Основное, на что обращают внимание в подобной ситуации – конкретный вес плода в 7 месяца и данные фетометрии. За беременной выполняют пристальный контроль. Если патология определилась на каком-либо из этапов до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик проводит соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных аномалий. После установки диагноза назначают фетометрическое исследование и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. Как правило назначается преждевременное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
