Главное, на что обращают внимание в подобной ситуации – определенный вес плода в 7 месяца и данные фетометрического исследования. За беременной выполняют пристальный контроль. Если проблема определилась на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик выполняет соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных искажений. После выяснения диагноза назначают фетометрическое исследование и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при ухудшении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в неделю. Как правило назначается досрочное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
