Основное, на что обращают внимание в подобной ситуации – конкретный вес плода в 8 месяца и данные фетометрического исследования. За будущей мамой выполняют внимательный мониторинг. Если патология выяснилась на каком-либо из этапов до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик проводит соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных отклонений. После выяснения диагноза назначают внутриутробные измерения и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. В большинстве случаев подразумевается преждевременное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
