Главное, чему уделяют внимание в подобной ситуации – конкретный вес плода в 8 месяца и сведения фетометрии. За беременной осуществляют пристальный контроль. Если проблема определилась на каком-либо из этапов до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик выполняет некоторые исследования на исключение хромосомных искажений. После установки диагноза назначают фетометрическое исследование и доплерометрию каждые 2 недели, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. Как правило подразумевается досрочное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
