Главное, на что обращают внимание в такой ситуации – реальный вес плода в 9 месяца и данные фетометрического исследования. За будущей мамой выполняют внимательный контроль. Если проблема определилась на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик выполняет некоторые исследования на исключение хромосомных отклонений. После выяснения диагноза назначают фетометрию и доплерометрию каждые 2 недели, при ухудшении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. Обычно подразумевается досрочное родоразрешение начиная от 7 месяцев.
