Главное, на что обращают внимание в подобной ситуации – конкретный вес плода в 9 месяца и данные фетометрии. За женщиной выполняют внимательный контроль. Если патология определилась на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик проводит некоторые исследования на исключение хромосомных отклонений. После постановки диагноза назначают фетометрию и доплерометрию каждые 14 дней, при осложнении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в неделю. Как правило требуется досрочное родоразрешение на сроке от 7 месяцев.
