Основное, чему уделяют внимание в подобной ситуации – конкретный вес плода в 9 месяца и сведения фетометрического исследования. За беременной осуществляют внимательный мониторинг. Если проблема была выявлена на сроке до 8 месяцев, врач-генетик выполняет соответствующие исследования на исключение хромосомных искажений. После установки диагноза назначают фетометрию и доплерометрию каждые 2 недели, при ухудшении картины, или после 8 месяцев – раз в 7 дней. Обычно требуется преждевременное родоразрешение на сроке от 7 месяцев.
