My mom had me at 14. She never had any problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that she was pregnant. What's paradoxical: I am the same age. Can I also expect a smooth delivery?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее лучший возраст для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит заранее бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 14, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
