My mom gave birth at 18 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be problem-free?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее удачный возраст для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется сразу волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в равной степени. Все определяется конкретными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 18, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться акушеру.
