My mother gave birth at 18. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее подходящий возраст для рождения малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не желательно заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут возникать среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается определенными характеристиками организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 18, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться специалисту.
