My mother gave birth at 19 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as she was then. Can I also count on a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее удачный возраст для появления малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не желательно предварительно волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все связано с определенными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 19, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
