My mom gave birth at 20 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was in a position. What's unexpected is that I am as old as it is. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее лучший возраст для появления малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не нужно заранее переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого термина как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все связано с определенными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 20, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
