My mom gave birth at 20 years old easily. She had no problems with me growing up, I was a pretty healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's unexpected is that I'm as old as she was then. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее подходящий возраст для рождения малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не стоит заранее переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как оптимальный возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 20, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
