My mom gave birth at 20 years old easily. She never had any difficulties with me, I grew up quite healthy. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am as old as her. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее лучший возраст для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит сразу волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут возникать среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все связано с имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина беспроблемно родила в 20, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
