My mom gave birth at 20 without complications. She never had any difficulties with me growing up, I was a pretty healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm carrying a baby in my belly. It's unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее лучший период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно сразу беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все определяется индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 20, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
