My mother gave birth at 20 years old easily. She didn't have any difficulties with me, I grew up quite healthy. Recently, I found out that I was pregnant. It's unexpected: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее подходящий период для появления ребенка – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не нужно предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут возникать среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все связано с определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 20, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
