My mom gave birth at 20 years old easily. She never had any problems with me growing up. I was a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It's unexpected: I'm as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих акушеров-гинекологов наиболее оптимальный возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно заранее беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в равной степени. Все обуславливается определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 20, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
