My mom gave birth at 22. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm carrying a baby in my belly. What unexpected thing: I am also of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее удачный период для появления ребенка – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не стоит предварительно волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как оптимальный возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут возникать среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все определяется имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 22, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не бояться и довериться специалисту.
