My mom gave birth at 22. She had no problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am as old as she was then. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее оптимальный период для появления ребенка – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не нужно предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все определяется имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 22, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
