My mother gave birth at 23. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be easy?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно предварительно волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все определяется индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 23, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
