На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Трудности могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все определяется определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 25, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться специалисту.
