My mom gave birth at 28 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее удачный период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Трудности могут развиваться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все определяется имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина беспроблемно родила в 28, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
