My mom gave birth at 31 years old easily. She never had any problems with me, I grew up relatively healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What unexpected: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее лучший период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно сразу беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не существует такого понятия как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Трудности могут развиваться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 31, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
