My mother gave birth at 31 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as she was then. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший период для рождения малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не желательно заранее бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родоразрешения детей. Трудности могут появляться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в равной степени. Все связано с имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина беспроблемно родила в 31, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
