My mother gave birth at 31 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am also the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее лучший период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается конкретными характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 31, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
