My mother gave birth at 31 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as she was. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее удачный период для рождения малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не нужно сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все определяется определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 31, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
