My mother gave birth at 31 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее лучший возраст для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно предварительно беспокоиться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все связано с определенными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама беспроблемно родила в 31, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
