My mother gave birth at 31 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed into a fairly healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What a surprise: I am as old as she was. Can I also expect that childbirth will be problem-free?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший возраст для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все определяется индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 31, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не паниковать и довериться акушеру.
