My mother gave birth at 31 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I grew up relatively healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am as old as she was. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее удачный период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит сразу волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 31, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
