My mom gave birth at 31 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing: I am the same age. Can I also expect that childbirth will be simple?

По мнению большинства акушеров-гинекологов наиболее лучший период для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно заранее переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама легко родила в 31, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
