По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее подходящий возраст для рождения малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не нужно предварительно переживать, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все связано с имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 31, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться акушеру.
