My mom gave birth at 31 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am in the same age category as my pregnancy. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее лучший возраст для появления ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. В действительности не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Трудности могут развиваться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все связано с индивидуальными характеристиками организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 31, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не бояться и довериться специалисту.
