My mom gave birth at 32 without complications. She never had any difficulties with me, I developed into a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее подходящий возраст для рождения малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не нужно сразу волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Трудности могут возникать среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все связано с определенными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 32, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться акушеру.
