My mom gave birth at 33 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing: I'm in the same age group. Can I also count on a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих акушеров-гинекологов наиболее лучший возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно сразу переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут появляться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в идентичной степени. Все связано с определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама удачно родила в 33, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться акушеру.
