My mom gave birth at 33 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm carrying a baby in my womb. What unexpected: I am as old as them. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее лучший период для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется заранее переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц практически в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина беспроблемно родила в 33, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и правильного распорядка дня во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
