My mom gave birth at 33 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed into a healthy child. A couple of weeks ago I found out that I was pregnant. What's unexpected is that I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее оптимальный период для рождения малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется предварительно переживать, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут развиваться среди юных и в зрелых годах рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина успешно родила в 33, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
