По мнению большинства специалистов наиболее лучший возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется заранее волноваться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого термина как оптимальный возраст для родоразрешения детей. Сложности могут развиваться среди молодых и зрелых рожениц почти в одинаковой степени. Все определяется конкретными особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина легко родила в 33, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
