My mom gave birth at 33 years old easily. She never had any complications with me, I grew up quite healthy. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be easy?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее лучший возраст для рождения ребенка – 20-30 лет. Однако не стоит предварительно волноваться, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как оптимальный возраст для рождения детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц почти в равной степени. Все связано с имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 33, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных указаний и правильного распорядка дня во время беременности ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
