My mom gave birth at 33 without complications. She never had any difficulties with me, I developed into a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. It was unexpected: I am as old as she is. Can I also expect that childbirth will be smooth?

По мнению большинства врачей наиболее удачный возраст для рождения малыша – от двадцати до тридцати лет. Однако не рекомендуется сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого термина как идеальный возраст для родов детей. Осложнения могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в равной степени. Все обуславливается имеющимися особенностями организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 33, следует, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных советов и здорового образа жизни во время беременности ребенка, своевременно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
